REST DAY

Great week of work everyone! Congrats to Dan, Cain and Mike B on Fran PR’s!!!! It was a lot of fun getting to watch all the new members take on Fran! Let’s keep plugging away at those pesky weaknesses and paying close attention to form. Weight and time mean nothing if it’s not done right.

On September 25th, we  will be particpating in a fundraising event called  Fight Gone Bad 5.  If you would like to participate, click on the link above and sign up.  Everyone who wants to do the WOD that day must get $150 in donations to participate. All  proceeds will go to one of three charities–The Wounded Warrior Project, LIVESTRONG, or The Crossfit Foundation. It only take a few minutes to register–CrossFit South Hills is our team affiliate name.  If  you are on Facebook, it makes it very simple to ask your friends for donations.

We will be running the workouts several times throughout the day with a BBQ and gym party to follow. We had so much fun on the 4th of July, we gotta do it again!!  Plan on bringing your tasty post-WOD treats and beverages again along with friends and family…everyone is welcome to attend even if they aren’t working out! Come get a great workout in, raise some much needed money, and hang out with all of your awesome CFSH friends.

**Please take note of  the schedule changes on the schedule that go into effect on Monday August 30th. Monday 6:30am, Noon and 6pm , Tues. 8am, 10am and 6pm, Wed. 6:30am, Noon and 6pm, Thurs. 8am, 10am and 6pm, Fri. 7:00am, Noon and 3:30pm Happy Hour! Sat. 10am. **
