  1. Only 7 reps @ 175 deadlifting… might need to drop my working max weight on this one, too. Playing catch up isn’t that fun!

    But front squatting with Shells IS fun!

    100(5), 115(5), 130(5) 135(5) 145(4).
    I really think I would have got one more rep, I was on my way up and I just couldn’t keep the rack position. Blah! Next time!

  3. Was working with Rose on front squats. We both started at 55(5) and went up in 10# increments until we hit 100(5). We still felt good then just for shits and giggles did 110(5)! We were both happy :)
