    Cash-out: 3×12 db strict presses w/ 35 lb dbs

  3. 2 rds plus 5 push press at 75lbs. Cash out 20lb dumbbell presses and 4 unassisted pullups. Yay!

  5. Not sure what I was thinking, I used 70# for the push press. I only got to 8 on the first round then I striped to 50#. That frustrated me then I didn’t do well at my double unders, which also frustrated me.
    I only got 1 full round then up to 12 double unders.
    Used 15# for the cash out.
    Was supposed to have pt but rescheduled, kinda glad I didn’t have it now. It was obviously a sucky day for me. :( Glad I didn’t have to frustrated Coles to!!!

    5/3/1 50×5, 55×3, 60×10
    2 rounds + 10 pp (75 lbs) + 6 pull ups (blue band)
    Cash out: 20 lb

  9. Presses – 5@90lbs, 3@105 and 8@115lbs
    WOD – 1 plus 6 pul ups at 115lbs. DUs were awful
    CO – 30lbs complete
