Not sure what I was thinking, I used 70# for the push press. I only got to 8 on the first round then I striped to 50#. That frustrated me then I didn’t do well at my double unders, which also frustrated me.
Glad I didn’t have to frustrated Coles to!!!
I only got 1 full round then up to 12 double unders.
Used 15# for the cash out.
Was supposed to have pt but rescheduled, kinda glad I didn’t have it now. It was obviously a sucky day for me.

Presses – 5@90lbs, 3@105 and 8@115lbs
WOD – 1 plus 6 pul ups at 115lbs. DUs were awful
