  • Join us tomorrow for our 3rd Annual 4th of July Birthday Painstorm and Recovery BBQ! We will have cold bottled water available at no cost, but we insist that members come well hydrated–it’s supposed to be 100 degrees tomorrow!   1. Got up to 80# for the buy-in, did it 4 times, and that might be a PR, but it’s possible I snatched 85 once… a while ago, can’t remember. Anyway, I’m happy with this because a few weeks ago I topped out at 70# during a WOD.

    14:40 with 50# snatches. These are not easy to string together. And I took a extra time to really make sure I was practicing good form on each rep. Oly class is paying off!

  2. Got stuck at the office so I did this at home. Got up to 55# for the WOD and did the cashout with 30# bar. Working on my form per Coach Dustin’s instructions. Cashout was 13:18.

  4. Was the only one for the 6am!!! Got up to 55# then dropped back down to 50# because my form was suffering. Also the time was messed up because I had to call of work for a vacation day at 6:30 once my bosses got in!! HaHa!!!

    Thanks to Nate who did help me with skill work on the snatch. I know what I’m doing wrong, and I even catch myself doing it wrong yet I struggle to make it right??? WTF?!?!?!
