Our transitions from each movement was faster this time…you lost it on the pull ups. You didn’t mention that you did weighted pull ups yesterday. I think you would have easily past that number from before.

471 Rx’d. I checked my workout log from the last time we did this and I improved by 34. I also did regular pull-ups and the last time I did jump pull-ups. No doubt this is a tough one.

Think I need a rest day. My whole body is fatigued. Sunday can’t come fast enough.

Take a rest day Dan…I was just telling Dustin tonight…I feel much more rested going into these workouts. Best to go into a workout at 100% and go all out…better than coming in at 75% and being tired the entire time. Listen to your body.
