Now entering into its third year, CFSH Summer League returns Friday, July 21st!

What is Summer League?

Summer League is a series of weekly team throwdowns that happen for four Friday nights in July/August (7/21, 7/28, 8/11, and 8/18). Summer League WODs are a mix of workout elements and team strategy--and are challenging, inclusive, and fun for ALL skill levels, even total beginners!
Each week, there will be a sheet at the box where you will sign up to be drafted onto a team of 4 or 5 people for the following Friday's Summer League event. New teams get drafted each week, so you will have a chance to get to know and work out with different people from other classes that you wouldn't normally get to see. Signing up weekly also means that you only sign up for the weeks you can make it--So whether you can do all 4 weeks or just 1, you can participate!

I Just Started Crossfit..Are You Sure I Can Do This?

Absolutely! Our weekly WODs are designed to be inclusive to all members with the participants in mind--You won't be asked to do anything that we don't think you are capable of doing. The coaches are in charge of putting the teams together, and we purposely avoid "stacking" teams so that no one team will have a clear advantage over the other teams. No matter what your skill level is, you will be able to contribute to your team!

Other Details

- Each weekly Summer League Event typically runs from 6:30pm-8:30pm (sometimes a little longer) and is a series of 2-3 team workouts with breaks in between.

- During the weeks where Summer League is happening, it will take the place of the 6:30pm Friday class.

- Look for the sign up sheet at the box early next week!

- This event is FREE and does NOT count as one of your classes for the week. 

- If you have any questions or concerns, see a coach!
