Three years ago, she wanted to “see what CrossFit is all about”, and Google led her to CrossFit South Hills’ On Ramp program. After the first WOD, she was hooked, and continued to pursue CrossFit for her own growth in fitness, and embarked on her journey as a Crossfit coach looking to inspire others in the sport. Melissa is a firm believer in core strength and mobility and is happy to bring her extensive experience to classes here at CFSH.
Outside of the gym, Melissa considers herself a homebody, and likes hanging out with her dog, Tee, and husband Bryan, along with tending to her flowers and plants (21 of them!). She enjoys cycling, running, and eating copious amounts of pizza/burgers for replenishment.

CrossFit is the first type of group fitness that has not only changed my physique, but has truly made me stronger, taught me new skills, and introduced me into a community of amazing people who I am proud to associate with.
