In the face of the coronavirus pandemic, so much is happening beyond our control. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, stressed, and isolated. We want to help our members continue maintaining their health while also offering something fun and positive to focus on.
Covid League: A Team Resilience Challenge has been created with the community spirit of CFSH. Very much like our Summer League, but with a socially-distanced spin. The term “buddy carry” takes on a whole new meaning as we’ll help carry one another (virtually) through the coming weeks.
Teams will gain points by doing/posting scores to the daily WODs, getting physical activity in, and completing a weekly team Mini Challenge where everyone will work together (separately) to hit a goal. We will be focusing on fitness, nutrition, and mindset to keep our members mentally and physically resilient while we weather this storm.
In uncertain times like these, it’s important to have the anchor of a solid support system to keep us all grounded. If there’s one thing we know for certain, it’s that we’re stronger together.
