Once you have completed the Free Intro session, the next step is our 3-session one-on-one On Ramp program. This individualized fundamentals program is great for both fitness beginners and more experienced athletes alike: Spend 3 sessions one-on-one with a coach who will teach you bodyweight movement progressions, basic barbell strength, and give you a step-by-step breakdown of the Olympic lifts (snatch and clean and jerk) that will lay the foundation for you to progress into regular classes with confidence.



Crossfit is fitness for life! Our Crossfit class is a mix of functional strength training, bodyweight movements, and conditioning elements for a well-rounded fitness program that is broad, general, and inclusive to all ages and ability levels. Our workouts are constantly varied, so don’t expect to do the same workout every day. Gain strength, stamina, endurance, flexibility, coordination, balance, and power in an environment that foster’s each individual’s inner athlete while being part of a community that wants to see you succeed. We welcome all fitness levels, and our program can be tailored to challenge everyone from complete beginners to elite athletes. Whether your goal is to lose weight, run a faster 10k, keep up with your grandkids, or compete at CrossFit, we will help you get to where you want to be.

This one-hour bootcamp-style class is everything you love about Crossfit without the heavy weights. Rowing, biking, running, kettlebells, dumbbells, and core work will make up this one hour class for all skill levels–No On Ramp/CrossFit experience necessary to attend. If you love Crossfit but aren’t into the barbell work or just want to SWEAT, this is the class for you!
Crossfit members are welcome to use this as one of their weekly classes.
