Once you have completed the Free Intro session, the next step is our 6-session Foundations. Great for fitness beginners and more experienced athletes alike, you will work one-on-one with a coach who will teach you bodyweight movement progressions, basic barbell strength, and work through different types of Crossfit workouts, laying the groundwork for you to progress into classes with confidence.


CrossFit class is a mix of strength training, bodyweight movements, and cardio integrated into a well-rounded program proven to deliver results to all ages and ability levels. Our workouts are constantly varied, so don’t expect to do the same type of workout every day. Gain strength, stamina, endurance, flexibility, coordination, balance, and power in an environment that fosters your inner athlete while being part of a community that wants to see you succeed.
We welcome all fitness levels, and our program can be tailored to challenge everyone from complete beginners to elite athletes. Whether your goal is to lose weight, run a faster 10k, keep up with your grandkids, or compete at CrossFit, we will help you get to where you want to be.

*Foundations sessions must be completed before joining our CrossFit classes.
