  2. With no time to get to the box (sadface), Claire and I did a 15 min. AMRAP at home: 10 push-ups, 15 weighted squats (25 lb. DB), 20 bench dips, 8 weighted lunge steps each leg. Warmed up with a few minutes jumping rope, then did some plank holds and ab work to finish.

    Started at 50lbs, dropped to 40 after the first round. A little bummed that I couldn’t do the weight I did while pregnant, but I’ve really been working on ROM, getting deep with my squats.
    It’ll be nice to try this one when it’s not 20 degrees outside. :)

  7. Did this in 18:20, Rx’d. This is about 2 mins off my previous time in November. Becky did it a few seconds better than me, with the 30 lb bar for a few, then the pvc pipe.
