  • The first Crossfit Games Open WOD will be announced tonight. Please check the FB group for information about scheduling a time to come in and complete it tomorrow. We will have judges at the box at 10am, 4:30pm, and 5:30pm, as well as Saturday and Sunday.
  • IF YOU NEED A REST DAY TODAY, TAKE IT!
  • Anyone who wants to make up the Total–You will have your chance on Monday of next week.

  1. Buy in 65, 70, 75, 75, 85, 85, 85, 90×1 then failed. Only did 2 miles on the run cuz I have. Bad habit of muscling the cleans with my back and cldnt run but the clean was a 5lb PR.

    B. 5k run = 27:36 (a 2:09 PR!) and I didn’t even push 100% due to my nagging chest cold.

    Seriously, I loved this WOD. Moar please.

    those were great! I wanted to go heavier but Coach said to save my legs for the Games WOD tomorrow…

  4. Didn’t make it into the Box but ran 5k in south park with my Garmin…Took my legs about 17 min to warm up… Uuugh

  5. I did back squats at 225 for the buy-in because of my dislocated finger.

    23:53 on the 4.9K. Not bad considering that’s the longest distance I have run in 13 years!
